Artie & Tracy, Adro & Ruth below the yellow line

As the duos spent the day sweating in the gym Fiona had an accident and hurt her leg badly. Medics told her to take it easy for the next 5 days and she's in crutches. Then there was the weigh-in, as always unnerving. Shane and Fiona were first up on the scales, showing their "new" tactic of weight gain... to help them have good numbers next week. This tactic was started by Wal on the previous weigh-in. Ruth and Adro failed to lose more than 1.6kg and were devastated. Artie and Tracy lose a combined 2.3kgs but with the 2kg penalty it simply wasn't enough. Kristie's turn next, she has consistently lost a good number but this week she only lost 600grams. The pressure was on for Wal. He proves it once again - the biggest loser! 4.8kgs weight-loss! Artie and Tracy together with Adro and Ruth faces the other contestants votes on Mondays elimination. Which duo is the biggest threat to the others and will go home.

Tracy and Artie gets 2-kilos penalty

The contestants faces a hard challenge requireing hands on teamwork. Each duo will build a raft to carry them across some buoys in the river. The ones finishing last gets a 2kgs penalty on the weigh-in. The pressure was on. Wal and Kristie made a headstart. Artie and Tracy struggeling. Fiona was the only female carrying a beam to the riverbank. Shane and Fiona made it to the finishing line first. Wal and Kristie help Adro and Ruth, then made their way to the finishing line together.

Artie and Tracy now have the pressure of making up for the 2-kilos weight add on.

Shane and Fiona wins immunity

The contestants were brought to the Hilton all of them were pretty exited what would be up for the temptation. They enter the bar and see Aj and a dealer with a deck of cards. Aj explains the game that under one of these 12 cards is immunity. What was under the other 11 cards were unknown. The duos then could choose to pick a card or stand this temptation out. Everyone contemplating and dreads the possibility that under the cards the might have to eat large pizzas etc. All the duos except Wal and Kristie choose to pick a card. Fiona decides for Shane as he feel anxious about the risk. The dealer turns some of the unselected cards revealing massages, cash prizes and mp3 players. Everyone is surprised that the so far are no bad things. Luck turns out good for Adro and Ruth getting 1 hour massage each. Artie and Tracy gets a Kodak camera each. But luckiest of them all are Fiona and Shane, under their card is immunity!

Tomorrow the contestants face a though challenge building a raft to carry them across a river.

Today the contestants were ranked in order of weight percentage loss.
1. Wal (-15.05%) 2. Shane (-14.81%) 3. Kristie (-13.36%) 4. Tracy (-10.20%) 5. Artie (-10.17%) 6. Adro (-10.04%) 7. Fiona (-9.50%) 8. Ruth (-8.83%)

The biggest loser - Wal was voted in favour of choosing the couples. Everyone had to present themselves one by one before him and answered questions of who they'd like to group with. Afterwards it was up to Wal to pair them. He grouped the following together: Artie and Tracy, Adro and Ruth, Shane and Fiona, Kristie and himself. The duos will be put to the test this week and the two teams that loses the least amount of weight will face elimination by the top leading teams.

Harry Eliminated

On tonight's show there was some undoubtedly dramas. Efforts were being made to convince the blue alliance to keep Harry but with no success. Harry gets voted off but puts the daggers in on Fiona's last weeks chocolate binge. While the boardroom gets hot, the red team comes up with a prank for the remaining blues: to swap their room for the blues bigger room. The blue trio comes out and Fiona tries to justify her actions on the immunity gain. Wal stands up and walks out after blurring "I've heard enough shit..." What seemed like a minor "room-swap" offense turns ugly when the blues discover what's happened to their things. Fiona freaks out because someone has been through her stuff. This drama goes on and escalates. The trainers walks to their teams with anticipation. Jillian to find all her contestants and Bob to find scattered emotional mess... Aj sums up the teams and announces that from now on there are no teams, but duos.

Who will group together? Next elimination will be two going - not just one.
